为快速识别并隔离直流极间故障、实现多端直流配电网的极间故障快速恢复,提出了一种基于直流断路器快速重合闸的故障隔离恢复策略。研究了由半桥式模块化多电平换流器组成的环形多端直流配电网极间故障暂态特性,并结合目前典型的保护配置、故障选线及控制方法,形成一种基于直流断路器重合闸的控制保护一体化协调配合策略。各保护区内的快速保护检测到故障后立即闭锁换流器、跳开直流断路器以快速隔离故障;控制保护一体化装置获取故障定位信息后,重合非故障区域内已经跳开的直流断路器、解锁已经闭锁的换流器,在新拓扑结构下实现直流极间故障的快速恢复。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC软件下搭建了六端柔性直流配电网仿真模型并测试了极间故障隔离及恢复特性,验证了所提方案的可行性。 |

Abstract: |
In order to quickly identify and isolate DC pole to pole fault and achieve fault fast recovery of multi-terminal DC distribution networks, a fault isolation recovery strategy based on DC breaker reclosing is proposed. The transient fault characteristics of a circular multi-terminal DC distribution network based on half bridge modular multilevel converter are studied. Then, combined with the typical protection configuration, fault line selection and control methods, a coordinated control and protection strategy based on reclosing of DC breaker is proposed. After the fast protections detect the fault, the inverters are blocked and DC breakers are tripped immediately to isolate the fault. When obtained the fault location information, the DC breakers that have been tripped in the non-faulty region are reclosed and the inverters that have been blocked are unblocked again by the control and protection system. The multi-terminal DC distribution network can recover rapidly under the new topology. Finally, a simulation model of six terminal flexible DC distribution network is built under the PSCAD/EMTDC software. The fault isolation and recovery characteristics of the poles are tested, and the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified.
