为了快速切除过负荷和提高切除的选择性,设计了一种基于GOOSE通信的过负荷并切方法。该方法能实时对负荷情况进行检测,在系统过负荷时,改过负荷多级轮切方式为并切方式,并加入了负荷自动恢复功能。对35 kV配电网络进行仿真,结果表明,采用该方法能有效提高过负荷切除的选择性和快速性,可有效避免负荷多切或少切;同时具备负荷自动恢复功能,能减少停电时间,提高供电可靠性。 |

Abstract: |
In order to quickly remove the overload and improve the selectivity of the resection, an overload and cutting method based on GOOSE communication is designed. This method can detect the load situation in real time. When the system is overloaded, the mode of multi-stage one round after round resection load will change to the one-time resection mode, and the automatic load recovery function is added. A 35 kV power distribution network is used for simulation. The results show that the method can effectively improve the selectivity and rapidity of overload removal and avoid more or less cutting of load; it has the function of automatic recovery, which can reduce the power outage time and enhance the reliability of power supply.
