摘要: |
针对双重化智能站域保护在检修、故障退出、灾变恢复等多种场景时可靠性不充分的问题,提出远程备用智能保护一体化中心(Remote Duplicate Configuration Smart Protection Center,RDCSPC)的继电保护新架构。选取系统可靠度作为可靠性衡量指标,运用马尔可夫状态空间法原理,建立RDCSPC架构各运行方案的转移密度矩阵。确定其失效率、修复率与各状态之间的逻辑关系,结合保护系统本身拒动概率、误动概率,给出其可靠度数学表达式。通过算例定量分析RDCSPC与就地智能站域保护配合的各种运行方案的可靠性,验证了RDCSPC保护架构对系统的可靠性具有明显的提升效果。 |

Abstract: |
According to dual redundant smart substation protection in maintenance, fault exit, restoration and other scene when the problem of insufficient reliability, this paper proposes the Remote Duplicate Configuration Smart Integration Protection Center (RDCSPC) of the new structure of relay protection. The system reliability is selected as the reliability measurement index, and the transfer density matrix of each operation scheme of RDCSPC architecture is established by using the principle of Markov state space method. The logical relationship between failure rate, repair rate and each state is determined, and the mathematical expression of reliability is given by combining the rejection probability and maloperation probability of the protection system itself. The reliability of various operation schemes of RDCSPC cooperating with local intelligent station protection is quantitatively analyzed by an example, which verifies that the RDCSPC protection architecture has obvious improvement effect on the reliability of the system.
