摘要: |
介绍了一种模块化多电平换流器功率模块的故障鲁棒检测方法。针对功率模块模型的不确定性,建立了故障检测的自适应阈值区间。分析了功率模块动态特性的等张性,利用顶点算法构造了不同不确定因素的响应轨迹区间,用所有不确定因素的响应轨迹曲线的上下外包络线形成故障检测的自适应阈值区间。该方法对所考虑的不确定因素具有鲁棒性,而对故障保持了敏感性,能有效降低故障检测的误报率和漏报率。仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces a robust fault detection method for a modular multilevel converter power module. Taking into account the uncertainties of the power module model, the adaptive threshold interval of fault detection is established. The isotonicity of the power module dynamic is analyzed, and the response trajectory intervals of different uncertain factors are constructed by using a vertex algorithm. The adaptive threshold interval of fault detection is built by using the upper and lower outer envelopes of the response trajectory family of all uncertain factors. The proposed method is robust to the considered uncertainties and sensitive to faults. This can effectively reduce the false alarm rate and missing alarm rate of fault detection. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.
