针对由智能变电站二次系统失效引发的电网连锁故障,为提高预警的准确性,研究了面向智能变电站运维的连锁故障态势感知方法。基于保护原理与配置,分析二次系统失效引发连锁故障的各种模式,构建连锁故障路径事件链模板。利用变电站主接线,由模板分别构造各一次设备实例化连锁故障路径事件链集合。当某一次设备发生故障时,在线收集对应保护、各相邻保护的告警信号,感知保护拒动或误动。与该一次设备的连锁故障路径事件链中相关事件及其条件匹配,加入到预警连锁故障路径集合,对失电后果进行态势预警。提示连锁故障风险点,为运维人员操作提供警示。通过实例验证了所提方法能够为变电站运行和操作提供预警,预防可能的连锁故障发生。 |

To address cascading failure in power systems caused by secondary system failure in smart substations and to improve early warning accuracy, a cascading failure situation awareness method for smart substation operation and maintenance is studied. Based on protection principles and configurations, various modes of cascading failure caused by secondary system failure are analyzed, and the event chain templates of cascading failure path are constructed. Using the substation’s main wiring, instance-specific cascading failure path event chain sets are created for each primary device based on the templates. When a primary device fails, the system collects online alarm signals from its corresponding protection and adjacent protections to detect protection malfunctions or misoperations. These are matched with relevant events and conditions in the associated cascading failure path templates for that device, forming a set of pre-warning cascading failure paths to assess and forecast power outage consequences. This enables the identification of cascading failure risk points and provides early warnings to support operation and maintenance personnel. Case studies verify that the proposed method can effectively provide cascading failure warning for substation operation and operation and help prevent potential cascading failure. |
