故障状态下电网电压自愈策略研究

摘要:
在电网发生严重事故处于紧急状态时,电网自愈功能的主要任务之一是防止电压失稳。针对发生严重故障的电力系统,为维持系统的电压稳定,首先根据系统电压稳定性指标和电压幅值,将电压自愈分为恢复电压稳定和提高节点电压两阶段,然后针对每一阶段,分别根据故障前潮流和故障后潮流,基于图论法确定待切除负荷,并采用二分法逐次切除,直至系统恢复稳定且所有节点电压达到预定值。IEEE30节点系统和某地区17节点系统算例分析表明所提方法简单、有效。

Abstract:
When serious fault happens, one of the main tasks of grid self-healing function is to avoid voltage instability effectively. For the power system with serious fault, this paper divides the process of voltage self-healing into two steps: recovering system stability and enhancing node voltage according to system stability and voltage amplitude. Then for each step, based on graph theory, the load which will be cut is determined according to the power flow before fault and the power flow after fault respectively. Then load is cut off successively using dichotomy until the system recovers voltage stability and maintains system voltage meeting a certain level. The simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system and a regional 17-bus system show that the method is simple and effective.
