低频减载(Under Frequency Load Shedding, UFLS)是电力系统中普遍采用的技术,它通过在系统的某些地点切除过负荷量,达到维护系统稳定的目的。为了改进和提高传统的策略,很多研究者都考虑采用频率变化率作为指示器,用于确定系统的有功功率缺额。重点研究了影响频率变化率测量值的因素,分析了频率变化率在使用中遇到的相关问题,在此基础上,得出系统扰动后不平衡功率的准确求解表达式。一个综合利用电压信息量来确定切负荷地点和切负荷量的新UFLS策略被提出,仿真结果表明,新的切负荷策略更具有优越性。 |

Abstract: |
Under frequency load shedding (UFLS) technology is widely used in power system. It significantly ensures the stability of the power system by means of shedding excessive loads in certain places. In order to improve the traditional UFLS scheme, many researchers are taking the frequency rate of change as indicator of determining the shortage of the active power in the power system. In this research, a new function is created to calculate the power imbalance by analyzing the factors that influence the measure of the frequency change rate as well as the related problems in the application of the frequency change rate. Moreover, a new method that utilizes the voltage sensitivity to determine the location and the corresponding quantity of the load shedding is proposed. The simulation results show that the new approach is superior. |
