输电线因故障跳闸重合不成功时,对于重要线路往往采取强行再次合闸试探是否为瞬时性故障,这种强行合闸决策具有较大的盲目性。提出了一种利用实时雷电信息进行雷击预警作为是否强送的决策依据的新方法。当输电线路处于雷击预警区内,若因故障重合不成功时,可容许进行强行送电操作,反之不采取强行送电操作,避免系统遭受第二次故障冲击。给出如何进行输电线雷击预警及作为强送决策的方法及算例,验证了利用雷电信息作为强行送电决策依据的可行性。 |

Abstract: |
When the transmission line cannot fully switch off due to the fault of the trip, it usually forcedly recloses the trips of the crucial line to detect whether it is a temporary fault or not. However, the adopted measure with some blindness is not a favorable one. Thus, this paper proposes a new measure to use the actual information of thunder and lightning as the lightening alarming to decide whether to adopt the forced line measures or not. In the lightning alarming area, if the transmission line cannot reclose due to fault, it can carry out the forced line operation; otherwise, the forced line operation can not be adopted in order to avoid another fault impact on the operation system. This paper provides the process of the line lightning alarming, and the methods and examples of calculations on the forced power decision in order to examine the validity of the forced power transmission taking thunder and lightning as information. |
