针对“三北”地区电网热电机组比重大、纯凝机组等非供热机组承担系统调峰的问题,提出有偿调峰服务费用的计算方法。在对纯凝机组和热电机组分别建模基础上,构建一种电负荷由全网机组平衡、热负荷由各热电厂就地平衡的优化调度模型。通过求解热电机组按纯凝发电和热电联产两种方式运行时系统各机组的出力,分别确定纯凝机组、风电机组以及水电机组的深度调峰容量,并将非供热机组深度调峰区间内销售电量所得利润之差定为有偿调峰费用。算例分析证明了该有偿调峰费用计算方法的合理性。 |

Peaking cost calculation of “The Three Norths” regional power grid |

Abstract: |
According to the fact that “The Three Norths" regional power grid contains a large proportion of thermoelectric units, and the peaking task is mainly assumed by condensing units, a peaking cost calculation method is proposed. An optimal dispatching model is built up based on the modeling of the condensing units and thermoelectric units. In this model, power load will be balanced by units in whole network, while heat load will be balanced on the spot by each thermal power plant. By solving the power outputs of all units in two different modes, the peak-regulating capacity of all units can be analyzed. Peaking cost is defined as the difference of power profit among depth peaking intervals of non thermoelectric units. The reasonableness of the calculation method is shown by an example. |
