摘要: |
为实现“大运行”体系建设的目标,各级调控中心需要实现调控一体化的运行管理模式,并建立相应的设备监控支撑功能。从调控一体化业务需求出发,提出了多主题电网设备综合智能告警技术框架。以智能电网调度控制系统基于设备单元的告警信息为切入点,采用时间序列数据库高效集成支撑平台、全息运行数据智能综合分析和多应用主题展示、运行方式和检修信息实时关联、短时事件快速捕捉等关键技术,实现以告警分析为中心的多维度、多主题综合分析和预警功能。通过工程现场的具体应用,验证了成果的有效性和实用性。 |

Abstract: |
In order to realize the construction objective of ‘great operation architecture’, it is necessary for all of the dispatching control centers including their branches to adopt the integrated mode of dispatching and control and have the power system equipment monitoring functions. According to the integration requirements of dispatching and control functions, based on smart grid dispatching and control systems, the architecture of multi-subject intelligent integrated alarm and some key technologies are provided, such as support platform integrated time sequence database, operation data smart analysis and multi-subject exhibition, running way and maintenance information real-time correlation, and detection of power system events. Application in field practice verifies the validity and practicability of the research results. |
