分布式部署的新型远动机传输方案研究

摘要:
当前智能电网架构拥有两级数据中心和两级业务应用,有许多不足。针对这些问题,提出以IEC 61850远动机数据传输方案为基础的分布式系统架构。该架构在主子站之间,对自动化业务进行分布式部署,对业务数据进行分布式建模,对数据按照IEC 61850规范进行传输。然后,针对远动机传输方案,对主子站功能划分、远动机模型建模、源端维护等几个关键问题分别进行讨论。最后,针对子站分布式状态估计和智能告警业务的逻辑设备建模进行举例说明,并对本方案应用前景进行了分析。

Abstract:
The current smart grid architecture which has two-level data center and two-level business applications is faced with many deficiencies. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward the smart grid distributed system architecture based on IEC 61850 gatway transmission scheme. The scheme distributes the automation business, and models the business data, and exchanges data according to IEC 61850 both in the master station and the slave station. Then, function classifications about master and slave station, gateway modeling and source-based maintenance are discussed respectively for the gateway transmission scheme. Finally, in view of the station distributed state estimation and intelligent alarm business, logic device modeling is illustrated and the scheme application prospects are analyzed.
