以“即插即用”技术体系的研究和在智能变电站应用为主线,提出了包括智能变电站的设计、建设、运维三个阶段全寿命周期内的技术创新思路。介绍了在设计阶段虚端子自动关联技术和分布式就地化保护网络架构,在建设阶段新材料新工艺的预制舱和标准化预制光缆的创新,在运维阶段探讨全景仿真闭环测试系统、自动识别系统的免整定继电保护和智能跳闸等技术研究情况。结合工程实践,陈述了即插即用相关技术的应用情况,对智能变电站发展方向提出了展望。 |

Abstract: |
Plug and play of the smart substation’s life cycle is the main line, which includes three stages, i.e. the design, construction and operation. It introduces the method of virtual terminator auto-mapping and network architecture of distributed local protection in the design stage, refers the precast cabin of the new material and the innovation of standard precast optical cable in the construction stage, and studies the advanced application of panoramic simulation closed loop test, no-setting protection of auto-identification system of and smart tripping, etc. in the operation stage. Last it forecasts the future trend of the smart substation combined with its application. |
