摘要: |
针对区域能源互联中分布式发电方、电网运维方、用能负荷方以及区域能源管控中心的行政主管部门之间的利益协调现状,深入剖析了区域能源管控中心中源、网、荷的内涵及互动耦合关系,提出区域能源管控中心的三层价值驱动体系,并分层构建其价值模型。同时,在保障电力系统物理网架结构安全稳定运行的基础上,兼顾参与区域能源管控中心建设及运营各方的利益关系,引入特殊的价值因子,建立区域能源管控中心立体价值模型,来综合兼顾各方的价值利益。最后通过案例分析,进一步阐述了所提出的价值模型驱动的能源管控中心三层立体体系的合理性与可行性。 |

Abstract: |
According to the present situation of interest coordination among distributed generation power producers, grid operators, power consumers and administrative service division of regional energy management and control center in the energy internet, the meaning and the interactive features among source, grid and load are analyzed deeply. Moreover, a three levels driving architecture driven by value of regional energy management and control center is proposed and several value models are built hierarchically. Besides, based on the stable and secure operation of power system with physical grid structure, this paper also builds an optimum value model along with particular value factors which balances the interest of all the participants. Furthermore, the case study of the established optimum value model also shows the rationality and feasibility of the three levels driving architecture. |
