电池梯次利用是处理动力电池庞大退役量的有效手段之一。针对退役电池梯次利用过程中分选技术进行研究,主要从退役电池SOC关键参数分布特性以及退役电池一致性控制策略分析两方面展开。提出主动被动协同均衡策略考虑电池参数的相关性,弥补了单一均衡方式的不足。同时提高充放电均衡控制的可靠性,实现了均衡效率的最优化。分析退役动力电池荷电状态数学模型,涵盖不同类型的退役动力电池的荷电状态。并进一步对退役动力电池储能系统荷电状态控制策略进行研究。基于主动被动协同均衡策略,分析多组退役电池储能单元的SOC一致性,为完善退役电池梯次利用一致性分选技术有所助益。 |

Abstract: |
Battery echelon utilization is one of the effective means to reuse a number of retired power batteries. Research on the echelon utilization of decommissioned batteries is mainly carried out from two aspects: the distribution characteristics of key parameters of the retired battery SOC and the analysis of the consistency control strategy. This paper proposes an active and passive coordination balance strategy to consider the correlation of battery parameters. This makes up for the shortcomings of a single balance method, improves the reliability of charge and discharge balance control, and achieves the optimization of balance efficiency. It analyzes the mathematical model of the state of charge of decommissioned power batteries including the state of charge of different types. Then the state of charge control strategy of the decommissioned power battery in an energy storage system is researched. Multiple groups of decommissioned batteries are analyzed based on the active and passive coordinated balance strategy for the SOC consistency of the energy storage. This is helpful for perfecting the use of consistency sorting technology for retired batteries.
