| 近几年智能变电站技术得到飞速发展,全国已建立多处智能变电站试点,朝阳某地区66 kV电网中有三个特定联系的智能变电站,结合该地区电网的实际情况,提出一种适合该地区的面向智能变电站的广域备自投系统。在控制中心投放广域备自投装置,实现实时的恢复控制。同时,系统拓展了备自投的功能,解决了部分地区出现供电故障时无法恢复供电的问题。该系统采用的是基于IEC 61850网络通信标准的光纤通道,在信息获取、控制策略形成和控制措施执行的整个过程中,可综合利用全网信息,实现备自投与安全稳定装置的协调动作。最后利用RTDS对该广域备自投系统进行仿真分析,试验结果表明了其应用的可行性。 |

| In recent years, smart substation is developing rapidly, many smart substation pilots have been established, the 66 kV grid-area in Chaoyang region has three smart substations which connect with each other, considering the actual situation, this paper proposes a wide-area backup automatic switch system which is suitable for smart substation. A wide-area backup automatic switch is put in the control center to realize real-time control. Meanwhile, the system extends the function of the backup automatic switch, which solves the supply problems. The system uses the fibre channel which is based on IEC61850 standard, and it can use the whole network information when getting information, forming control tactics and carrying out. It can work with security and stability of the device harmoniously. Finally, RTDS is used to simulate the system, and the test results show the feasibility of its application. |
