| 电力系统节能减排工作的开展对人类社会的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义，为此从节能减排的视角对电力系统发购电计划研究现状展开了述评。首先，指出了电力系统节能减排的研究背景和意义；然后，从发电调度计划和电力市场2个环节归纳总结归纳了其对节能减排的考虑方式；随后，重点分析了发电调度计划以及电力市场购电计划优化方法的研究现状，指出了其面临的关键问题。最后，归纳提炼了该领域需重点突破的研究方向，为该领域的深入研究提供了借鉴。 |

| Since power system energy-saving and emission-reducing plays a significant and practical role in sustainable development for human society, the research overview of power system power-purchasing plan is presented from the perspective of energy-saving and emission-reducing. First of all, this paper indicates the research background and significance of power system energy-saving and emission-reducing; then, the processing manners are summarized for energy-saving and emission-reducing according to power dispatch plan and electricity market respectively. The overview of optimization methods for solving power dispatch plan and power-purchasing plan in electricity market are stated and analyzed, and these key problems are pointed out as well. Finally, those important research directions that need to break through are concluded and refined, while providing the reference for this area of research in depth. |
