摘要: |
为解决蒙西电网运行中日益严重的动态稳定问题,先以“单机-无穷大”系统为例分析了系统发生低频振荡的机理。再针对蒙西电网运行中出现的动态稳定问题,从改善电网结构、调整输电方式、优化PSS参数等方面提出了解决系统低频振荡的措施。并采用电网调度数据对所提出的各种措施进行了仿真计算分析。计算结果表明所提出的措施对于抑制蒙西电网低频振荡现象效果显著,可有效地提高蒙西电网的动态稳定水平。最后再结合工程投资、建设工期等实际问题,对上述措施进行了简要比较,并给出优选建议? |

Abstract: |
The dynamic stability issue of West Inner Mongolia Power Grid becomes increasingly severe. To solve this problem, the paper uses "single machine-infinite bus" system as an example for analyzing the mechanism of low frequency oscillation of the system. Aiming at the dynamic stability issues of West Inner Mongolia Power Grid, it proposes the solutions to lower frequency oscillation of the system, including improving power grid structure, adjusting power transmission mode and optimizing parameters of PSS. Using dispatching data of power grid to do simulation calculations, this paper analyzes the proposed solutions. The calculation results show that the proposed solutions have pronounced effect on restraining the low frequency oscillation of Power Grid, can efficiently improve the dynamic stability of Power Grid, and are actually operational in engineering. Finally, in combination with actual issues of investment and duration in engineering construction, this paper gives the brief comparison and selected advices on all solutions above. |
