电压、电流二次回路异常将导致保护测量失真,影响保护的动作性能。微机保护具备较强的失效检测能力,但失效检测和动作判别特性失配仍将导致保护误动。为提高保护的容错能力,提出一种保护失效检测和动作判别特性匹配度评估方法,在保护动作特性平面引入检测闭锁区、异常测量区和保护动作区,利用Venn图分析三者关系对保护性能的影响。结果表明,检测闭锁区必须包含异常测量区和保护动作区的交集才能消除失效检测盲区,防止保护误动。实际案例验证了该评估方法的有效性。 |

Secondary circuit failure of voltage and current will lead to measurement distortion of relay protection which affects its action performance. Microprocessor-based protection has strong self-checking capability, but mismatch between failure detection and action discrimination characteristics of relay protection will lead to unwanted trip. In order to improve its fault-tolerant ability, an evaluation method of match degree between failure detection and action discrimination characteristics is proposed in the paper. Detection blocking zone, abnormal measurement zone and protection action zone are introduced into the action characteristics plane and the effect of their relationship on the performance of relay protection is analyzed based on Venn diagram. The result indicates that non-detection zone can be eliminated to prevent unwanted trip only when detecting blocking zone contains the intersection of abnormal measuring zone and protection action zone. The effectiveness of this method is verified by an actual case. |
