当前连锁故障阻断控制研究忽略了系统可观测性的影响。连锁故障会使电力系统可观测性下降,从而影响实际控制策略的制定。因此有必要研究系统可观测性与连锁故障阻断控制的交互影响以及相关建模方法。首先,给出系统可观测性的描述与连锁故障发生的过程,结合连锁故障对系统可观测性的破坏以及系统可观测性对阻断控制策略的影响,分析了系统可观测性与连锁故障阻断控制之间的关联性。其次,建立了考虑系统可观测性的连锁故障阻断控制模型。最后,以IEEE 39与IEEE 118节点系统为例对不同模型进行对比分析。结果表明,所提模型能有效降低连锁故障风险,对电力系统运行具有更好的实用性。对比考虑系统可观测性与否的控制过程与结果可知,通过提高PMU的配置冗余度能在一定程度上消除不可观测性对阻断控制策略的影响。 |

Abstract: |
Current research on cascading failure blocking control often neglects the impact of system observability. Cascading failures can degrade the observability of a power system, thereby affecting the formulation of effective control strategies. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the interactions between system observability and cascading failure blocking control, as well as relevant modeling methodologies. First, the concept of system observability and the process of cascading failures are introduced. Combined with the facts that cascading failures reduce system observability and blocking control strategy is affected by system observability, the correlation between system observability and cascading failure blocking control is analyzed. Then, a cascading failure blocking control model considering the observability of the system is established. Finally, comparative analyses are conducted using the IEEE 39-bus and IEEE 118-bus systems. The results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce the risk of cascading failures and improves the practicability of power system operation. A comparison of the control processes and results, with and without considering system observability, indicates that the influence of unobservability on the blocking control strategy can be partially eliminated by increasing PMU redundancy. |
