电力电子变换器具有传输数据的潜能。为了满足逆变器的通信需求,提出一种基于纹波峰值检测的逆变器多自由度能量信息一体化方法。首先,针对现有信息解调方法不能直接应用于交流变换器的问题,提出一种基于纹波峰值检测的信息解调方法。在此基础上,将功率载波作为信息传输载体,通过二进制频移键控(binary frequency shift keying, 2FSK)将信息嵌入单相电压型逆变器的原始脉冲信号中,实现能量与信息的融合。并充分利用三相逆变器具有多个功率调制波的特性,提出三相电压型逆变器多自由度能量信息一体化方法。以多个功率调制波作为信息传输载体,将数据载波作为扰动信号分别加入不同功率调制波中,实现能量与信息的同步调制和解调。最后,搭建逆变器的仿真模型和实验平台。结果表明,在单相电压型逆变器中可实现20 kbit/s的通信速率,三相电压型逆变器中可实现2.5 kbit/s的通信速率,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。 |

Abstract: |
Power electronic converters have the potential to transmit data. To meet the communication requirements of inverters, an integrated multi-degree-of-freedom energy-information method for inverters based on ripple peak detection is proposed. First, to address the issue that existing information demodulation methods cannot be directly applied to AC converters, a novel information demodulation method based on ripple peak detection is proposed. On this basis, power carriers are used as the medium for information transmission, and information is embedded into the original pulse signals of a single-phase voltage-type inverter through binary frequency shift keying (2FSK) to achieve the integration of energy and information. Furthermore, leveraging the characteristic of three-phase inverters having multiple power modulation waves, a multi-degree-of-freedom energy-information integration method is proposed. By using multiple power modulated waves as carriers and injecting data carriers as disturbance signals into different power modulated waves, synchronous modulation and demodulation of energy and information are achieved. Finally, simulation models and experimental platforms for inverters are built. The results show that a communication rate of 20 kbit/s can be achieved in single-phase voltage-type inverters and 2.5 kbit/s in three-phase voltage-type inverters, verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
